Glenna J. DeBrota, Ed.D., has nearly 50 years of experience as a psychologist in the Indianapolis area.

Dr. DeBrota is an expert at identifying passions, skills, and marketable qualities in others, and has helped thousands of clients to find the career path that is right for them.

In the early 1970s, Dr. DeBrota formed a partnership with her colleague Jack L. Fadely, Ed.D. They worked together first while pursuing their doctoral degrees, and later both served on the faculty of the School of Education at Butler University. The private consultation practice they established, Fadely & DeBrota Associates, continued long after their retirements from Butler in 1997. Dr. Fadely passed away in April 2020, but Dr. DeBrota continues to offer the educational and career counseling service for which the two of them became renowned.
