To become a new client, please click on the button below and provide your contact details. You will receive instructions via email for making a payment of $250 to G.J. DeBrota, Inc. For your protection, only PayPal will see your credit card information.
We usually send assessments out to clients within 1 to 3 business days after we receive payment.
We ask clients to complete all assessments within at most a month. Some clients complete them within just a few hours after receiving them!

New Client Checklist

You must have an email address, as this will be the primary means by which we will communicate with you. We will send you an email with a link to follow to confirm we have your email address correct. Please note that if you give us an email address for an email account provided to you by an employer, the employer may be able to see what is in emails sent to or sent from the email address. We recommend that you provide a personal email address. Please do not provide an email address for an email account that you may lose access to, or that you do not have control of (such as someone else’s email account).
You must be familiar with browsing the web, since you will need to connect to websites and fill out questionnaires with a web browser.
You should have at least some prior experience with connecting to a Zoom meeting before you try to connect to the Zoom meeting you will have with Dr. DeBrota. She will be unable to provide technical support.
You should have a computer, tablet, or device with a microphone and camera (which can show your face).
You should have reasonably high-speed and reliable internet access. A dial-up connection will likely be inadequate. A mobile phone connection may be unstable if you are moving around, as when riding in a car. If you have a metered data plan on your internet connection, please note that a video Zoom session may use 10 MB/minute or more.
Your results session with Dr. DeBrota will take place in a Zoom meeting at a pre-arranged time, which will not be scheduled until after you have completed all assessments. Your results session will typically be booked 2-5 weeks from when you are contacted to set up your appointment. Zoom sessions are usually scheduled for up to 90 minutes, starting at 3:00pm or 5:00pm Eastern time on weekdays (excluding US holidays). Please contact us before ordering if you cannot be available for one of these appointment times.
